Innovation as tradition
GSE is a German nutritional supplement company founded in 1994 by naturopath and homeopath Michael Gracher. GSE's first product was a Grapefruit Seed Extract and that is where the name comes from: GSE stands for Grapefruit Seed Extract.
After Grapefruit Seed Extract, many other natural products followed (including Chlorella, Spirulina, Coriander, Grapefruit Seed Extract) and for several years now GSE has also had a line of natural vitamins.
Organic products
GSE is a pioneer in the field of organic dietary supplements (still quite rare). Almost all GSE products are completely organic, the company itself is Ecocert-certified and all (raw material) suppliers must also be certified.
With organic production of raw materials and end products, all processes are a lot more complex and expensive but GSE chooses this out of full conviction: both for nature and for the well-being of man.
Control of safety and purity
Each production batch is tested for its contents, possible contamination and for microbiological quality and these tests are carried out in renowned laboratories (SGS Institut Fresenius, Eurofins Analytik GmbH, Hamburg, Eurofins SOFIA GmbH, Berlin).
