Suggested use
Apply one drop per day into each nostril. Sniff vigorously and do not blow for half an hour. Maintenance dose: instill one drop in each nostril twice a week.
Shake before use. CureSupport Liposomal Vitamin B12 are nasal drops, it is not a spray. On first use, turn upside down and apply pressure until liquid comes out. The dispenser is now filled and ready to use. Only a minimal amount comes out, 2 drops are 0.1 ml.
