Almost all multi's and loose vitamin B6 supplements sold in supermarkets, drugstores and pharmacies contain a non-natural form of vitamin B6. This form is called pyridoxine HCl.
The problems/side effects that have occurred with long-term use of vitamin B6 were all with this non-natural form. The natural form is many times safer and may not even pose a risk of neurological symptoms at all.
So when you want to take vitamin B6, always choose the natural P5P form.
