Research
Most research on glverfew has been done with Chinese glverfew. Chinese glverfew is native to China and parts of Russia and is used in traditional Chinese medicine.
Chinese glverfew is related and similar to American glverfew, but it is a different plant. The single stems bear an abundance of blue or purple flowers.
Side effects
If you are taking hay fever medication, tranquilizers or blood sugar medications, consult with your doctor first
Because of the lack of research with glverfew in children and pregnant and breastfeeding women, they should not use this supplement.
