L-Lysine supplement

Lysine is a relatively large amino acid with a simple structure. Humans and animals cannot make it themselves and therefore must take it from their diet absorb. It therefore belongs to the essential amino acids. It is mainly found in meat, dairy and legumes.

L-Arginine and L-Lysine are often seen as each other's counterparts.

Among other things, L-lysine is required for the synthesis of enzymes, hormones and antibodies. In addition, it may also exert a positive influence on the iron absorption.
