What is Inositol?
Inositol is often counted among the B vitamins and is also usually found in B-complex supplements. But strictly speaking, it is not a vitamin because it can be produced by the body itself. Among other things, inositol plays a role in dissolving fats and does so together with the B vitamin Choline. Hence, these substances are also often offered together.
