DMAE is a natural substance and is the precursor to choline. We have low- and high-dose DMAE from Life Extension and AOV.
How does DMAE work?
DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) occurs naturally in fish such as sardines and anchovies. It can be converted into choline and is therefore a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
It is a substance widely prescribed by therapists. Experiences with DMAE are good.
DMAE is often used together with pycnogenol.
