The digestive system
Our digestion begins with chewing in our mouths. The carbohydrates in the food are digested by the enzyme amylase in the mouth. The food is then swallowed and passes through the esophagus to the stomach. In the stomach, protein digestion takes place under the influence of the enzyme pepsin.
Food exits after the stomach through a sphincter into the duodenum (duodenum), here digestive enzymes from the pancreas (pancreas) and bile juices from the gallbladder are added. The enzymes; trypsin, amylase, lipase and protease that the pancreas produces are inactive. These enzymes become active only in the duodenum to prevent breakdown of the pancreas by its own enzymes.
Gal is made by the liver and is needed for the digestion of fats. The small intestine is folded and therefore has a large surface area to ensure proper absorption of nutrients. Eventually, the food particles end up in the large intestine where various bacteria feed on them. The large intestine ultimately provides a final product by extracting water and minerals.
Frequent research and long experience knowledge shows Curcumin to be one of the most powerful substances for supporting the liver, immune system and digestion. It is also widely used to keep joints supple.
