Bonusan Wild Oregano Oil contains 17,5 mg of carvacrol per softgel in a base of virgin olive oil. The softgels are small in size and therefore easy to take. Each softgel contains 28 mg of oil, 62% of which consists of carvacrol.
Wild oregano differs from the sweeter variety of marjoram. Wild oregano has a rather spicy, somewhat bitter taste due to the carvocrol (a natural phenol).
