Suggested use
Dissolve 1 measuring spoon in water or fruit juice 2-8 times a day. A level measuring spoon is about 1 gram.
It is important to spread vitamin C intake as much as possible throughout the day to achieve a balanced intake. A measuring spoon is included.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.
