SAMe-400 Complex
One capsule contains 400 mg of SAMe disulfate-tosylate providing 200 mg of SAMe, natural S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine. Scientific studies always use a multiple of 200 mg SAMe. We recommend starting with a dosage of one to three capsules per day (200 to 600 mg of active SAMe). The daily dosage of SAMe is best built up slowly. In some cases it helps to take a higher dose (800 to 1200 mg per day) for several weeks. In therapeutic programs, a dose of 800-1600 mg per day works effectively. Orally administered SAMe is best taken on an empty stomach or half an hour before a meal.
High quality thanks to stabilized SAMe
The SAMe in Bonusan SAMe-400 mg is produced from fermentation. Fermentation produces only S,S SAMe (" spatial form"). Bonusan uses this spatial form because it occurs naturally in the body, to stay close to nature. The synthetic R,S form has different spatial configuration, so it cannot be used by the body.
