Suggested use
Insert 1 capsule before going to sleep.
Insert the capsule preferably in the supine position. Make sure the area around the vagina is clean before inserting the capsule deep into the vagina with clean hands. To facilitate insertion, the capsule can be lightly moistened first.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.
