For those who find it more convenient to get their daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids in liquid form, Bonusan Omega-3 MSC drinking oil offers a solution. The drinking oil contains the same "good" fats as the Bonusan Omega-3 MSC softgels, but is more flexible to dose. One teaspoon of drinking oil alone contains over 400 mg EPA and almost 300 mg DHA, making it easy to meet the recommended daily allowance. Because of its liquid form, Omega-3 MSC drinking oil is ideal for children. The oil also mixes well through salad dressings, fruit juice and smoothies, for example.
