Explanation of the composition
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
Suggested use

Omega-3 Algae Oil
For vegetarians and veganists, algae oil is an excellent natural source of Omega-3. The oil used by Bonusan is thoroughly purified after extraction from the algae and meets the strictest quality requirements. For stabilization of the algae oil, the choice was made to add the vegetable agents tocopherols (vitamin E), vitamin C and rosemary extract. The added vitamin D3 comes from lichen. This ensures that the product remains 100% plant-based.
Flavorless and odorless softgels
Algae oil naturally has a strong typical smell and taste, which becomes stronger when the oil oxidizes. To avoid this, Bonusan has chosen softgels made from tapioca starch and for a dark packaging.
