Safe to use
MSM is one of the safest substances. Nevertheless, in sensitive individuals, gastrointestinal complaints may occur after starting to use MSM, for example intestinal cramps or mild diarrhea. In such cases, it is recommended to spread the intake of MSM over the day or reduce the dosage and gradually build it up again. Similar advice applies when detoxification symptoms occur.
