Melatonin is a hormone that affects the waking/sleeping rhythm, and helps in the process of falling asleep when this rhythm is disturbed. Melatonin products starting at 0.3 mg melatonin have been considered medicines since June 1. Melatonin 0.29 mg from Bonusan thus complies with Dutch legislation.
