Suggested use

Do not take with protein-containing foods.

Bonusan L-Tyrosine contains 400 mg of the amino acid l-tyrosine per vegetarian capsule.
Effects
It is formed in the body from phenylalanine, but there are circumstances in which its supply is deficient. Tyrosine is not absorbed as well as its precursor phenylalanine. For this reason, it may benefit to take a phenylalanine supplement in addition to tyrosine.
