GSH Glutathione 100 mg
At higher doses of 100-200 mg via capsules, at least 60% of the glutathione is absorbed. Bonusan GSH Glutathione capsules therefore contain a high dosage of 100 mg. The capsules can also be opened. Dissolving the contents of one or more capsules in a glass of water helps to escape the proteases. The glutathione then is partly absorbed already through the oral mucosa, according to research.
Bonusan GSH Glutathione 100 mg contains reduced L-glutathione. Reduced L-glutathione is the biologically active variant. It is metabolized minimally in the gut and can be properly absorbed by the body.
