Composition
Vitamin D3 Vegan 424 from AOV contains 25 mcg of vitamin D3 per daily dose (5 drops). This product contains cholecalciferol, the most effective form of Vitamin D.
Body's production of vitamin D
Vitamin D can be produced by the body under the influence of sunlight. However, there is a large group of people who do not get enough exposure to sunlight, especially elderly people who do not get outside much. Vitamin D production depends, among other things, on the climate, the degree of exposure to sunlight, the amount of pigment in the skin and age.
Dosage
Take 5 drops once a day with a meal.
