Vitamin D3 & K2 | 421

This product from AOV contains vitamin D3 (RDA: 100%) and vitamin K2 (RDA: 60%).

Composition

AOV has combined vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and K2 (menaquinone) (MK-7) in one product. These 2 vitamins have a synergistic effect. Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone MK-7) is a special form of vitamin K that keeps blood vessels supple.

Own vitamin D production

Vitamin D can be produced by the body under the influence of sunlight. However, there is a large group of people who do not get enough exposure to sunlight, this is especially true for elderly people who do not get outside much. Vitamin D production depends among other things on the climate, the degree of exposure to sunlight, the amount of pigment in the skin and age.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily at a meal with a glass of water.
