Vitamin D3 from AOV contains 10 micrograms of cholecalciferol per daily dose
Composition
This product contains vitamin D3 in the form of cholecalciferol, this is the most natural form of vitamin D and as such will be best absorbed. The dosage is low and particularly in the winter months we recommend the higher dosed variant: 50 mcg or 75 mcg.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily at a meal with a glass of water.
