Vitamin B Complex Co-Enzyme from AOV contains all 9 essential B vitamins, including additional inositol and PABA. This product is distinguished from other types of vitamin B-complex by the active form of the vitamins.
Composition
This B complex contains the most active form vitamins, this results in optimal absorption by the body. Although the dosage ends up lower than other B-complexes, thanks to the high absorption rate, the amount of active substance in the body will be much higher. In addition to the essential B vitamins, inositol and PABA, which have synergistic effects with the B vitamins, ensure that this product works optimally.
Dosage
Take 1 tablet 1-2x daily during a meal.
