Vitamin B-Complex | 240
Vitamin B-Complex from AOV contains all 9 B vitamins, including inositol and PABA. This combination has a perfect synergy and ensures optimal function.
Composition
This product contains very high doses of B1, B2, B6 and B12, etc. Although biotin and choline have differing names, they do belong to the essential B vitamins. It also contains the related substances inositol and PABA that are not officially B vitamins, but they do enhance the action of the B complex.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily during a meal with a glass of water.
