.AOV's Evening Primrose Oil contains 1000 mg of evening primrose oil per capsule.
Composition
This product contains 1000 mg of evening primrose oil of which 696 mg LA (linoleic acid) and 86 mg GLA (gamma linolenic acid). GLA is rarely found in the diet and is formed from linoleic acid.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily during a meal with a glass of water.
