Selenium + Vitamin E from AOV contains 100 mcg of L-selenomethionine and 201 mg of D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate.
Composition
This product contains Selenium in the form L-selenomethionine, the best form for supplementation. Selenium and vitamin E work together as antioxidants in neutralizing free radicals. The presence of selenium is important for the production of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase (GPx).
Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily during a meal with a glass of water.
