Suggested use

Selenium from AOV contains 200 mcg of L-selenomethionine per capsule.
Composition
.The bioavailability of selenium varies by form of the compound. Selenium coupled with the essential amino acid L-methionine is absorbed as well as the amino acid itself and is therefore probably the best form for supplementation. Research results suggest that vitamin C may also have a beneficial effect on the bioavailability of selenium.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule 1-2x daily during a meal with a glass of water.
