Explanation of the composition

Suggested use

Policosanol 10 mg from AOV is a dietary supplement extracted from sugarcane. It contains a specific combination of several higher so-called aliphatic alcohols. Quantitatively the most important of these compounds is octacosanol, which constitutes 66% of the alcohols complex. The other components include triacontanol (12%) and hexacosanol (7%). The remaining 15% is formed by eicosanol, tetracosanol, nonacosanol, dotriacosanol, tetratriacontanol and heptacosanol.
