Renewed composition
One Daily from AOV now contains vitamin B2 in the active form as it occurs in our cells and tissues, B12 in the highly active methylcobalamin form and folic acid in active form with the Metafolin® patent. It also contains calcium and magnesium as an organic compound with citrate. Free of titanium dioxide (white), now in a green (larger) tablet. Vitamin A has been reduced.
Composition
Each tablet contains high-dose essential vitamins and minerals, including high doses of chromium in picolinate form, molybdenum in the sodium molybdate form and selenium as L-selenomethionine. In addition, this formula contains both iron and copper.
Dosage
One Daily from AOV is a multivitamin/mineral preparation formulated so that the intake of one tablet per day provides sufficient essential nutrients.
