Multi Basis | 101

Multi Basis is an advanced broad-spectrum multivitamin/mineral preparation. Multi Basis contains all vitamins and minerals in an easily absorbable form.

The B vitamins are extra high-dosed, which, among other things, play an essential role for energy levels in your body. The combination of Vitamin C and Vitamin E has a synergistic effect and both vitamins reinforce each other's effect.

Minerals

Multi Basis contains both iron and copper in the easily absorbable bisglycinate form, in addition it also contains chromium and zinc in a picolinate form.

Dosage

You can take 1 to 3 capsules of Multi Basis per day, depending on your needs, during or immediately after a meal.

Nicotinic acid/niacin (vitamin B3) can cause a so-called (sometimes violent, but harmless) \'flush\' (sudden blood flow to the head and extremities with a warm, burning and/or stinging sensation). This reaction is transient.
