MSM | 1136
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is organically bound sulfur: the form in which sulfur occurs naturally in all living organisms and is biologically active. Sulfur is found primarily in protein-rich tissues. It is a constituent of connective tissue, red blood cells, muscle, skin, hair and nails, and of the sulfur-containing amino acids methionine and cysteine.
Sulfur bridges are important for the spatial structure of enzymes. Sulfur is involved in the formation of bile acids and is part of the B vitamins thiamin and biotin.
AOV provides MSM in its purest form and in high doses.
