.Milk thistle extract from AOV contains 225 mg of extract per capsule, 80% of which is silymarin.
Composition
.Silymarin is the active substance from the fruit of silybum marianum, better known as milk thistle. It consists of three isomers called silybin, silydianin and silycristin, all classified as flavonolignans. Silybin is the most important of these.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule twice daily during a meal.
