Magnesium Pidolate from AOV contains 35mg of magnesium per capsule.
Composition
Magnesium pidolate is well absorbed within body tissues. Hydroxyproline, an amino acid essential for bone collagen formation and bone structure, is easily formed from pidolate.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal.
