Magnesium AC & Citrate from AOV contains 100 mg magnesium bisglycenate and 50 mg magnesium citrate per capsule.
Composition
This product contains Magnesium in an AC compound, an organic compound that is naturally used by plants. This allows the body to perfectly absorb and benefit from this magnesium. This product meets all the requirements for an orthomolecular mineral preparation. It is hypo-allergenic, contains an effective amount (150 mg elementary). All that in an organic endogenous AC (amino chelate) compound.
Dosage
Take 1 tablet twice daily during a meal.
