GLA by AOV Contains 203 mg of GLA per capsule, derived from borage oil.
Composition
.This product contains 1000 mg of borage oil, of which 203 mg of GLA (gamma linolenic acid) and 322 mg of LA (linoleic acid). GLA is barely found in the diet and is formed from linoleic acid.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily at a meal with a glass of water.
