This product from AOV contains 185 mg calcium pidolate, 172 mg magnesium pidolate and 75 mg zinc pidolate.
Composition
Calcium, magnesium and zinc pidolate are highly absorbable mineral compounds. Hydroxyproline, an amino acid essential for the formation of bone collagen and for bone structure, is easily formed from pidolate.
The beneficial properties of zinc pidolate include that it may make an important contribution to the maintenance of normal prostate function and the maintenance of normal skin.
Calcium & Magnesium
Please note that this product contains only a low dose of calcium and magnesium, as the 'pidolate' molecule is relatively heavy. For an adequate intake of calcium and magnesium, we recommend one of the products on the Calcium/Magnesium overview page.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily at a meal with a glass of water.
