Calcium Magnesium AC | 552

AOV Calcium/Magnesium contains calcium and magnesium in the amino acid chelate form in the ratio 3:2 (Ca:Mg). This form of mineral is absorbed very well by the body.

Composition

This product contains both calcium and magnesium in a bisglycinate form, this is a highly absorbable form. The magnesium part here is bound to 2 glycine molecules. Calcium and magnesium are both necessary for strong bones. The dosage of 300 mg elemental calcium and 200 mg elemental magnesium makes this intake perfectly balanced as an addition to your diet.

When taking calcium, it is important to ensure an adequate intake of Vitamin K2.

Dosage

Take 1 tablet twice daily during a meal.
