Calcium and Magnesium pidolate | 550
Calcium and Magnesium pidolate from AOV contains 222 mg calcium pidolate and 230 mg magnesium pidolate per capsule.
Composition
This product contains 30 mg elementary calcium and 20 mg elementary magnesium. Both substances are in pidolate form, from which hydroxyproline is easily formed, an amino acid essential for the formation of bone collagen and for bone structure.
Acidity (ph)
As opposed to many other calcium compounds, calcium pidolate is excellently soluble in water at different acidic degrees, this makes calcium pidolate much better absorbed. This property also makes calcium pidolate excellent for the elderly, as the acidity of the stomach decreases with age.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily during a meal with a glass of water.
