Adenosyl & Methylcobalamin from AOV contains 1500 micrograms of vitamin B12, and 500 micrograms of folic acid per lozenge. The lozenges are sweetened with natural stevia extract.
Composition
This product from AOV contains the 2 best forms of vitamin B12, adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin. Both have specific functions that have a synergistic effect. Besides this combination, this product also contains folic acid, which has a positive effect on the action and absorption of vitamin B12. In order to achieve the most optimal absorption by the body, this product come in a lozenge, since vitamin B12 can be absorbed by both the oral mucosa and the intestines.
Dosage
Let 1 tablet per day melt under the tongue, correct intake is important for optimal intake.
