*mg-TE = mg d-alpha-tocopherol equivalents
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
Suggested use
Take one to two softgels per day with a meal with water.
For pregnant women 1 or 2 softgels per day, depending on diet and omega 3 status. Breastfeeding women and adults aged 50 and over 2 softgels per day.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless otherwise advised.
