Explanation of the composition

Suggested use

Every Day 50+
Every Day 50+ is specially formulated for men and women over the age of 50. Every Day 50+ contains no copper and iron.
Every Day 50+ contains 85 mg choline, 150 mg calcium and 100 mg magnesium from the sea (Aquamin®) and 200 mg vitamin C per tablet.
Every Day 50+ contains 150 mcg of vitamin B12 in the biologically active forms of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin and 300 mcg of active folate in the superior form of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate bound to glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®).
Every Day 50+ contains 45 mcg K1 (phytomenadione) and no less than 90 mcg vitamin K2. (K2Vital® Delta) and a high dose of 35 mcg vitamin D3 from vegetable source.
