Suggested use
1-3x daily, take 1-3 capsules with water.
We recommend an intake cycle of 36 days "on" and 6 days "off. This rest period allows you to stimulate your body to make its own collagen.

Marine Collagen Blend Peptan® Type I by Mattisson is a combination supplement with a high content of type I collagen obtained from the skin of fish. Most of the amount of collagen in the body consists of type I collagen, so this form of collagen is crucial for skin, bones and muscles, among other things.
