What we offer:
- Returns are free if you use our freepost number (via PostNL). Of course, you can also return the products using another carrier, in which case the costs are for you.
- You have a 30-day cooling-off period, starting the day after you have received a product.
- Want to exchange a product for another product? No problem, you return it for free and we will send you the replacement product you want.
- Does a product turn out to be damaged upon receipt? You will receive a new product free of charge
- It's not necessary but convenient: please contact us if you want to return or exchange a product. Our staff will be happy to explain exactly how to proceed.
- Do you receive a refund from us? Within seven days of your notification that you are canceling the purchase, the full purchase price including any standard shipping costs will be refunded.

The right of revocation
You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving any reason.
During this period, you may do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product. You are permitted to try the product as you would in a physical store. In doing so, you may remove the product from its packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal and for reasons of hygiene or health protection is not suitable to be returned. If you have done more than was necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this.
The revocation period shall expire 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, have received the product. If you have ordered several goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period shall expire 30 days from the day on which you received the last product or part. Where you have agreed a regular delivery of products with us, the withdrawal period shall expire 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the first product.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are in time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Please return the product in its original packaging as much as possible.
Reimbursement
After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, all payments will be refunded to you, including any delivery charges for return shipment, within seven days of your notification. We may wait to reimburse you until we have received the goods back, or you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
We will refund you using the same means of payment you have used for payment, unless you agree on a different method with us.You can notify us of any and reasonable costs incurred by you by e-mail, at info@smeetsengraas.nl. You may also do so by phone at 050-8503688. We will reimburse these costs.
Model cancellation form
You can also use the European Model Form of Withdrawal (pdf file) to notify us that you are canceling your purchase. Use of this form, however, is not mandatory.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of cancellation is excluded for:
- Products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and of which the seal has been broken after delivery. In case of damage or spoilage, please contact us immediately.
